Grinder er konstrueret efter samme princip som projektet Tegnemaskine. Hvor Tegnemaskine tegner med kuglepen på papir kan jeg med denne maskine ridse og fræse kurver ned i f.eks træ, metal og glasfalder. Baggrunden for Grinder er et ønske om at kunne arbejde i materialer der kan indgå direkte i rummet/arkitekturen. feks gulvfalder og facader.

GRINDER

Grinder is constructed using the same principle as the Drawing Machine. But where the Drawing Machine works with pen on paper, the Grinder cuts and drills into the surface of  metal, glass and wood. The idea behind constructing Grinder is based on the desire to work in materials, that can be incorporated directly into space / architecture. For example floor, surfaces and facades.
